Carlos Slim's baby looks like a solid "head and shoulder" pattern. Watch for the bottom to fall out of this one.

bringing telephone service to Mexico and South America. I would think much more needed than in the US and a larger
untapped market at this point. Down recently because of
capital expenditures to improve network it should go higher after completed. And it pays a 4% dividend at this point.
